(New York, NY) Fashion designer Eunhae Cho unveils her latest body of work, ECHOING — Sculpt Your Everyday: 일상을 조각하다, a solo fashion exhibition at Studio 616 in New York City’s East Village that transforms garments into sculptural memory fossils. Drawing inspiration from the natural imprints of fossils, Cho’s collection reflects the quiet rituals of daily life—fragments of movement, time, and selfhood captured through design.

At the core of the exhibition is Cho’s signature use of modularity—garments engineered with buttoned seams, curved inserts, and transformable panels that allow the wearer to personalize their silhouette. Drawing from the idea that nature never creates two identical stones, Cho imagines each garment as a personal sculpture—flexible, adaptable, and uniquely shaped by the wearer.

As artistic director, Eunhae Cho led the vision for the exhibition in close collaboration with Fiona Kao, who played a central role in curatorial planning, narrative framing, and PR execution. Laura Kim designed the floral and spatial installation, creating an atmosphere that echoed the collection’s modular structure and emotional depth.

I want each piece to be something people hold onto and cherish—like a beloved comfort object from childhood, infused with their own stories and remembered moments. A lasting companion that becomes their own daily sculpture, a memory fossil shaped by time, wear, and soul. I hope to create something intimate and enduring—something truly special that carries a part of them,” says Cho.

This philosophy bridges art and daily life, empowering individuals to shape garments that evolve with their identity. Modularity not only offers personal expression but also supports sustainability and inclusivity by extending wearability across sizes, genders, and time.

Recognized for its unique sensitivity and form, the collection has already begun to spark conversation.

“Eunhae Cho set her collection free at the exhibition in the East Village. Dresses floated gossamer- like, pantspooledontothefloorandcoatsleanedlanguidlyintheintimatespace. The combination of strong silhouettes and precious details felt like fine art, and had their moments displayedacrosswalls, draped onsurfacesand even arrayedinframes. On or offthe body, this is a beautiful collection by a very talented designer,” said Buxton Midyette, VP Marketing & Promotions at Supima.

Eunhae Cho reimagines the act of dressing as a ritual of authorship—where garments are not merely put on, but sculpted into personal artifacts. Her modular designs invite wearers to intervene, to rearrange, to create. Each piece becomes a layered expression of identity, memory, and movement—unique to the person who inhabits it. With a language rooted in Korean silhouettes and streetwear deconstruction, Cho crafts a vision that is inclusive, transformative, and future-facing. This is clothing designed not just for bodies, but for stories.

Collection Highlights:

  • ECHO Shirt Series— A signature silhouette featuring twisted white shirts with peek-through printed panels. These designs evoke fleeting memories: the faded hue of denim, spring tulips on an evening walk, or the layered textures of time. One version, framed with blossoming florals, positions the shirt as a wearable archive—a portrait of memory unfolding over time.

  • ECHO Jeans — The foundational design of the collection. With curved patterning that embraces the legs and modular detailing for adaptability, these jeans elevate the familiar into a tactile monument of daily experience.

  • The Fossils — Sculptural compositions in pink and brown, blending textile art and garment design. These pieces are displayed as wall-mounted or surface-draped artworks, presenting fashion as visual memory—garments as intimate relics.
