
The Eden Arts Foundation Inc. is seeking a Graphic Design and Social Media Intern to provide ongoing creative and marketing support. This is a part-time contractor role requiring a few hours per week. The position is primarily remote, with occasional in-person support for foundation events as needed.
The internship offers a monthly stipend of $100 and is ideal for a motivated individual seeking hands-on experience in arts, nonprofit marketing, and creative communications.
Scope of Work
Design & Creative Support
• Design digital and print materials for foundation events, including invitations, flyers, and posters
• Create visual content for social media, newsletters, and donor communications
• Ensure all creative outputs align with the foundation’s brand guidelines
Website Design & Maintenance
• Provide regular updates to the foundation’s website, including content refreshes, event listings, and design enhancements
• Maintain branding consistency and ensure mobile responsiveness
Event Support
• Provide on-site assistance at select events, including setup and management of promotional materials
• Capture marketing assets such as photographs, quotes, and testimonials for future use
Publications
• Assist with archiving and documenting foundation initiatives for inclusion in the annual publication
• Design and edit the annual publication to ensure it is print-ready
General Marketing Support
• Assist with drafting newsletters, e-blasts, and donor communications
• Maintain organized archives of marketing assets, including photos, logos, and templates
• Support additional marketing-related tasks as mutually agreed upon
